Coliseum SC is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1978 by emigres of Italian descent. At the time of the club's inauguration, all members were volunteers. They freely donated their time because of a love for the game of soccer and an earnest desire to give back to the Mohawk Valley Community. This genuine intention is the reason our club has been around for over 40 years today! We are the largest club in the Mohawk Valley and surrounding area with over 500 (and counting) players. We have successfully developed all types of players, from recreational to professional.

 

In 2023, Coliseum SC took another step forward by introducing CNY Coliseum SC through the NY West Soccer Association.  Coliseum SC now stretches from the Mohawk Valley to Syracuse, NY, thus giving our players more opportunities to grow and develop.

 

Our club's mission is to provide every child an opportunity to learn and play the beautiful game of soccer. We strive to teach our athletes the fundamentals of the game and allow them to experience all that comes with being a member of a team.

As we move forward, Coliseum SC will continue to DEVELOP, PLAY, WIN! 

 

Over the last 42 years, we have earned the proud reputation of having some of the best coaches in the area! Most of our coaches have had the rare experience playing at a high level or is currently coaching (or has coached) at the collegiate and high school level.
